As the sustainability of our plastic products and materials is very important to us and we process large quantities of plastic every day, we have developed our own recycling cycle within our company. This makes it possible to convert already rotated plastics into reusable rotational material.
The materials are shredded to a specific size, then washed and simultaneously separated from foreign bodies. After drying, the material can be pulverized directly and then blended or dyed and used immediately for rotation.
In addition to direct pulverization, we are also able to give the comminuted materials a wide variety of properties by adding dyes and additives via a twin-screw extruder with gravimetric dosing.
This enables us to adapt the granulate for a wide range of plastic products to your requirements before rotational molding.
